What is iDeals?

We feature amazing deals from dining, entertainment, leisure, travel to accomodation in Singapore. By promising businesses a minimum number of customers, we get discounts you won’t find anywhere else. Group buying is the concept.

How do I get it?

 Just click "Buy Now" before the offer expires. If the minimum number of people signs up, we’ll charge your card and send you a link to print your coupon. If the minimum numbers do not meet, no one gets it and you will not be charged. Refer your friends to make sure you get the deal.

What happens if the deal do not reach its required minimum number of purchasers?

If not enough people buy it, the deal will be cancelled, and you won't be charged. 

How do I redeem the deal or purchase?

Once the deal is activated and you are charged, you’ll receive a confirmation e-mail. It has redemption instructions and a map right on it! The best option however is to print your coupon through the My Orders tab, accessible by clicking My Account in the top right corner once you are logged in.

Can I buy a deal as a gift for someone else?

Yes, unless the fine print specifically states otherwise.

Is iDeal safe?
Yes. Your credit card number is transmitted by SSL directly to a secure electronic vault. Electronic payments are via PayPal. At no time is your credit card information stored on our servers.
