REGISTRATION OBLIGATIONS

Product picture may differ from computer to computer as the colour resolution is different. Ideals.com.sg attempts to be as accurate as possible. If a product offered by Ideals.com.sg itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

PRICING

With respect to items sold by Ideals.com.sg, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order; however, we do NOT charge your credit card until after your order has been confirmed. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Please note that this policy applies only to products sold and shipped by Ideals.com.sg and Singapore Partners Private Limited. Your purchases from third-party sellers using Ideals.com.sg Payments are charged at the time you place your order, and third-party sellers may follow different policies in the event of a mispriced item.

EXCHANGE & REFUNDS

All our goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

TAXES

All applicable local, city, and state taxes are your responsibility. You agree to pay these taxes.

PRODUCT ORDERS CANCELLATION AND CONFIRMATION

We will not entertain any cancellations once the order is confirmed and submitted by the customer. We reserve the rights to cancel any order if payment is not made

We will send an electronic acknowledgement to the customer within 24 hours upon successful submission of the electronic order. If items ordered are unavailable, a message will be sent to the customer for further action

RISK OF LOSS

We will not be responsible for items damages that may have incurred through mail or shipping. Quality check will be performed before the items are sent out. All items purchased from Ideals.com.sg are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify and hold Ideals.com.sg and Singapore Partners Private Limited, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders or other partners, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of Content you submit, post to or transmit through the Service, your use of the Service, your connection to the Service, your violation of the Terms and condition, or your violation of any rights of another.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

DISPUTES

Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to Ideals.com.sg or to products or services sold or distributed by Ideals.com.sg or through Ideals.com.sg in which the aggregate total claim for relief sought on behalf of one or more parties exceeds SGD1,000 shall be adjudicated in court in Singapore, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.

You understand and agree that Ideals.com.sg is merely providing a venue and conduit to facilitate your interactions and service via the internet and that Ideals.com.sg is a seller/provider involved in the distribution chain for products or services.
